DiRT 4 minimum requirements for Windows assume having at least 64bit Versions of Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 operating system. Your processor should be AMD FX Series or Intel Core i3 Series or a more powerful one. The minimum RAM requirement is 4 GB. As for a graphics card, it should be AMD HD5570 or NVIDIA GT440 with 1GB of VRAM (DirectX 11 graphics card required). You also have to have 50 GB free disk space to install the game.
If you go for recommended requirements for DiRT 4 for Windows, your operating system should be 64bit Versions of Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10. Recommended CPU would be Intel Core i5 4690 or AMD FX 8320 CPU or equivalent. For RAM, it is recommended to have 8 GB or more. And video card — NVIDIA GTX 780 or AMD R9 390.

If you’re on Linux, minimum requirements include Ubuntu 18.04. Processor should be Intel Core™ i3-3225 3.3ghz or higher. For RAM you need 4 GB or more. Graphics card should be Nvidia Geforce GTX 680 (2GB), 2GB AMD R9 285 (GCN 3rd Gen and above) (See notes for more details) or better. 15GB of free disk space is a must.
For Linux recommended requirements, use Ubuntu 18.04. As for the processor/CPU, use Intel Core™ i5-6600k or equivalent. Add 8 GB or more of RAM to it. And make sure you have Nvidia 1070 graphics card.
