This processor is built on Intel Socket 4189, and uses Gen 4, 64 Lanes(CPU only) PCI express connection. 10 nm process is used in production.
Processor has 12 cores and 24 threads, with the base frequency of 2.1 GHz. It has DDR4-2667 MHz Eight-channel memory support. As for the cache, it supports L1 64K (per core), L2 1MB (per core) and L3 18MB (shared).
