It belongs to Xeon Platinum family and has a Ice Lake-SP architecture. This processor is built on Intel Socket 4189, and uses Gen 4, 64 Lanes(CPU only) PCI express connection. 10 nm process is used in production.
Processor has 40 cores and 80 threads, with the base frequency of 2.3 GHz. It has DDR4-3200 MHz Eight-channel memory support. As for the cache, it supports L1 64K (per core), L2 1MB (per core) and L3 60MB (shared).
