It belongs to Xeon Platinum family and has a Cascade Lake-AP architecture. This processor is built on Intel BGA 5903, and uses Gen 3 PCI express connection. 14 nm process is used in production.
Processor has 32 cores and 64 threads, with the base frequency of 2.1 GHz. It has DDR4-2933 MHz Quad-channel memory support. As for the cache, it supports L1 64K (per core), L2 1MB (per core) and L3 71.5MB (shared).
