Xeon Gold 6330H is a server/workstation processor from Intel released on 6 April 2021, and it is in active production status now. It belongs to Xeon Gold family and has a Cooper Lake-SP architecture. This processor is built on Intel Socket 4189, and uses Gen 3, 48 Lanes(CPU only) PCI express connection. 14 nm process is used in production.
Processor has 24 cores and 48 threads, with the base frequency of 2000 MHz. It has DDR4-2933 MHz Six-channel memory support. As for the cache, it supports L1 64K (per core), L2 1MB (per core) and L3 33MB (shared).
